Boyzz (1977-1978): a Hard Rock band from USA.

O

riginally starting out as a leather clad biker band, they played a blend of southern styled hard rock like Lynyrd Skynyrd and Black Oak Arkensas featuring the membership of: "Dirty" Dan Buck (vocals, percussion, guitar), Mike Tafoya (guitar), Gil Pini (guitar, vocals), Anatole Halinkovitch (keyboards), David Angel (bass, vocals) and Kent Cooper (drums). After a single album, Too Wild to Tame (1979), and a couple of 7 inches they split. Tafoya, Halinkovitch and Angel reformed with vocalist Tom Holland and drummer Steve Riley as B'ZZ to release Get Up in 1982 before splitting again.
