Biography

X-Cops (1993-1996, 2013): a Thrash Metal band from Richmond, Virginia, USA.

A

lthough listed as thrash metal, the GWAR side project X-Cops featuring the membership of Patrolman Cobb Knobbler (Real Name: David Murray Brockie; R.I.P. 2014; bass/vocals (lead - track 7)), Cadet Billy Club (Real Name: Mike Dunn; drums), Sgt. Al Depantsia (Real Name: Peter Austin Lee; guitars), Sheriff "Tubb" Tucker (Real Name: Casey Orr; vocals (lead)) and Lt. Louis Scrapinetti (Real Name: Michael Derks; guitars (rhythm)) is really a hybrid/crossover of several genres that released only one album in 1995 titled You Have the Right to Remain Silent.... Less famous members Dunn was GWAR's drum technician, while Gorman was one of GWAR's "lead slaves".

The project ended a year later to be resurrected briefly in 2013 for that year's GWAR-B-Q.
