Formed in the L.A. Suburbs, Ross would launch his/their self-published debut, I Wanna See You Again, in 2002 with release on the 'Diskery' international distribution system on their own 'Inez' label. The disc was a well-produced Country/Rock/Jazz hybrid featuring slow songs of caring and love in a way that didn't come across as preachy, too slow or mushy. The debut featured Ross on drums, guitar and vocals, while guitar, bass and keyboards was handled by buddy Gregg Crockett. Deborah Flores, Julie Masi and Gregg Crockett handled background vocals.
