Widowmaker (1991-1994): a Heavy Metal band from Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, USA.

F

rontman for Twisted Sister Dee Snider formed Widowmaker in 1991 after the demise of his other band, Desperado.

The line-up consisted of Snider and fellow former Desperado comrade Marc Russell (bass), Joey Franco (drums; who had played on the final Twisted Sister album), and Al Pitrelli (guitars; fresh off his tenure with Alice Cooper).

They would record two albums in the form of Blood and Bullets (1992) and Stand by for Pain (1994) before disbanding. Dee Snider went on to other projects, including a reunion of Twisted Sister.
