Seduce

Biography

Seduce (1980-1991, 2002-2005, 2011, 2016-present): a Glam Metal band from Detroit, Michigan, USA.

C

omming to be in 1980, Seduce opened when Mark Andrews (vocals/bass) and David Black (guitars), at the time playing in a band named Sparks, met Chuck Burns (drums) via mutual friends at age 19. After releasing Seduce (1985) and Too Much, Ain't Enough (1988) before breaking up in 1991 before the completion of their third album.

Seduce appeared in the documentary The Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years by way of a performance of the song Crash Landing and an interview. The band would attempt a reformation between 2002 and 2005, again in 2011 and 2016, the latter still managing to hold up.
